If you are traveling to a US-Youth Soccer Sanctioned event, you will need the following:
- Fill out the Application to Travel Form
- Include the Application to Host from the tournament you are attending

* Also, for travel outside of Region 2, the cost for the Travel Permit will be $15 beginning January 1, 2010 (Travel to a sanctioned event within Region 2 is free).

For Non-Sanctioned travel, there are two different forms that can be used depending on what the tournament/event coordinator requires.

If the coordinator requires JUST notification of travel, then you will fill out the form found here:

If the coordinator requires more information, such as the birth dates for the players attending, then you will fill out the form found here:

* Also, for travel to a non-sanctioned US Youth Soccer event, there will be a $25 processing fee beginning December 7, 2010.
